Creative therapy
Crafternoons
Women like to read. Men like to golf. Cats like to nap. The sun likes to shine. I like to be creative. There are so many forms of therapy and creativity can be fun, enjoying, supportive, empowering and it's fulfilling to do therapy through things that people love to do.

Hand Dance 2.wmv
A little strange, but we'll give it a try. Hand Dances is a video created for teachers to use in the classroom as a tool to give students a brain break from academic work. The idea of the hand dance video is have students mock the movements and follow along with leader. The hands are crossing the midline which makes connections between the right brain hemisphere and left brain hemisphere.
