This greetings card is printed from a piece of my textile art. It is blank inside and therefore suitable for a range of occasions, and recipients. The card in printed on 300gsm textured board and measures 148mm (5.8in) square. It comes with a brown Kraft envelope and an optional biodegradable bag. The original embroidery is applique based and uses scraps of different fabrics, carefully cut out and applied. Hand embroidery was then used to add detail and interest and to define the shapes.
