Laughter
Did you know that laughter is actually good for your mental health? It releases endorphins which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. So, it turns out that Dad jokes might actually be good for you! Also, did you know that talking to yourself doesn't necessarily mean you're crazy? It can actually help you to organize your thoughts and work through problems. Just maybe don't do it in public too much, unless you want people to give you weird looks.
