Difficulty: Easy ✨Ingredients ✨ • 1 cup water • 1/2 cup unsalted butter • 2 tbsp white sugar • 1 cup sifted AP flour • 3 eggs • Cinnamon sugar ✨Instructions ✨ • Put water, butter and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. • Add the flour to the mixture and when fully incorporated, remove from heat, transfer to a different bowl and let cool for 5 minutes. • Add the eggs one at a time while folding into the mixture. Transfer into a piping bag and fry on medium heat until golden. • In different bowl, add in your cinnamon sugar and coat churros. • Enjoy! ❤️
