Former President Carter joins effort to rebuild Sandy-ravaged Union Beach

Former President and First Lady Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter were in Union Beach Saturday to help build homes damaged and destroyed by Hurricane Sandy as part of a Habitat For Humanity project to restore 16 homes to the borough.
