Brain cheese ball. Pimentos or food dye can be added to make the brain more pink colored. A tomato based sauce, such as marinara can be put under the brain as blood. The recipe would have to be doubled or tripled depending on the volume of the brain mould. You would only need to press the cheese ball into the mould and have it set for a few hours in the fridge. I believe the mould should be sprayed with canola oil to keep the cheese from sticking to it.
