I count on my brother for a lot of things, and I know he will always have something new on his grill - or in one of his smokers or on his big straight-stick wood-burning barbecue rig, named the General, which he built and mounted on a trailer. We have woven bacon at his house. We have had fatties, a roll of sausage wrapped around hard-cooked eggs, all enclosed in bacon.
