Ingredients (2 servings)
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley, or about a handful whole parsley leaves
• 1/4 cup neutral oil, such as avocado oil, sunflower seed oil, grape seed oil, etc.
Salt as needed
2 servings of rice noodles of choice, fully cooked
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a small pot or saucepan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until sizzling hot.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, besides the noodles to a heatproof bowl. Carefully pour the hot oil over the ingredients. Things will sizzle so don’t stay too close to the bowl.
