Self-taught Norwegian artist Henrik Uldalen’s works are studies in contrast. His paintings are composed of dream-like figures that seem to melt into the darkened expansive void. Uldalen conveys a sense of misanthropy and somber reflection on the state of our being, ever trapped between opposites.
