Ingredients:
For the White Beans:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 lime, juiced
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cups canned white beans
• 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/4 red onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon parsley
Instructions:
For the White Beans:
• In a glass jar, add the olive oil, lime juice, salt and black pepper. Add beans, tomato, onion and parsley.
• Add lid, and shake to mix well before eating.
