Peperonata is a rustic Italian sauce with stewed tomatoes, peppers, garlic and a bit of vinegar. It makes for an amazing easy dinner recipe as a pasta sauce or on top of fish, chicken, or sausage. Or add eggplant or zucchini to make a great vegetable side dish. It's packed with nutrients and is paleo, Whole30 and keto-friendly!
