VEGAN KAISERSCHMARREN🥰 🫶RECIPE (4 servings, 20min prep time): -the water of 1 can chickpeas -1/2 Tsp each baking powder and corn starch Whip it up until stiff peaks. -180g flour -5 Tbsp sugar -1 cup (250ml) plant milk -1 Tsp baking powder -2 Tbsp apple sauce Whisk. Then stir in the Aquafaba. Heat up oil or v. butter in a big pan and add half of the batter. Put the lid on for about 5mins. 🔥 chickpea meatballs By @maxlamanna Great for snacking or with a meal, it doesn’t take much time to make these. Make ahead and store for later • Freezer friendly Recipe: Makes 12-16 • Cook time 30 minutes Ingredients: 400g chickpeas, drained and rinsed • 200g couscous (sub for quinoa) • 1/2 red onion • 3 garlic cloves • 1 tsp paprika • 2 tsp parsley • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari • Black pepper • Salt Fire sauce • 4 tbsp hot sauce • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari • 2 tsp brown sugar • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tbsp water Preheat oven to 200C/395F Instructions: In a bowl add the couscous and cover with hot water.
