Rita Vegana - Vegan cheese / Veganiskas suris 1tbsp agar flakes or powder / 1 s. agaro milteliu ar dribsniu, 1 cups water 2 cups soaked cashews (4h.) / 2 puodeliai mirkytu anakardziu riesutu (4 h.), 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice/ 3 s. svieziu citrinos sulciu, 1/2 tbsp. olive oil / 1/2 s. alyvuogiu aliejaus, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast / 1/4 puodelio valgomuju mieliu, 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt / 1 1/2 a.s juros druskos, 1/2 tsp. onion powder / 1/2 a.s svogunu milteliu, 1/2 tsp garlic powder / 1/2 a.s cesnako milteliu, 0.5 cups fresh basil leaves / 0.5 puodelio sviezio baziliko. Boil water and pour the agar powder. Boil until the powder is dissolved. The resulting mass pour into Blender with other ingridients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate. Uzvirinkite vandeni ir supilkite agaro miltelius. Virkite tol, kol agaro milteliai istirps. Gauta mase supilkite i blenderi su likusiais kitais produktais ir isplakite iki vientisos mases. Rita Vegana - Vegan eggs / Veagniski kiausiniai su idaru Whites / Baltymams : 1 cup unsweetened almond milk / 1 puodelis nesaldinto migdolu pieno, 1 tsp agar powder / 1a.s agaro milteliu ¼ tsp kala namak black salt / ¼ a.s kala namak juros druskos. Stuffing / Idarui : 100g. tofu / 100 g. tofu 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise / 1 s. veganisko majonezo, 1 tbsp olive oil / 1s. alyvuogiu aliejaus, 1 tsp white miso / 1a.s sviesaus miso, 1 tsp lemon juice / 1a.s citrinos sulciu, a pinch of black salt or sea salt / ziupsnelis juodosios druskos ar juros druskos, ½ tsp turmeric / ½ a.s turmeriko milteliu, Black pepper / juoduju pipiru, Fresh dill / sviezi krapai. ENG: Combine almond milk, agar, and kala namak ,bring to a boil.Mix until dissolved agar powder.Remove from heat and pour into egg molds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow to set. Combine stuffing ingredients in a food processor until smooth.Stuff eggs halves. LT: Sumaisykite migdolu piena, agaro miletlius ir juodaja druska. Virkite kol istirps agaro milteliai. Nukelkite nuo ugnies, supilkite i kiausiniu formele. Padekite i saldytuva 30ciai minuciu, kad sustingtu. Ismaisykite idaro ingridientus ir suplakite virtuviniu kombainu iki vientisos mases.
