The Wonderful Barn, Lexlip Co. Kildare
The Wonderful Barn near Lexlip County, Kildare, Ireland constructed in 1743. It was commissioned in 1743 by the widow of the famed Speaker Conolly who himself had built The Hellfire Club on Montpelier Hill in Dublin. The project was intended to make work for some of the local men during a time of great poverty & famine.
