Chocolate Biscuit cake - Prince William's Groom Cake. This recipie calls for plain bisquits, so I suppose shortbread might work too?? Looks more like a candy bar than a cake, I would top it with pecans and candied violet petals.....or even candied ginger?? Of course whipped cream too!
