Candied Mint Leaves! I just tried this recipe with my orange mint leaves! They're great!
Propagate new plants from cuttings. Rosemary, lavender, sage. Remove leaves on the bottom of stem. Place cuttings in glass containers with water in a sunny window. In two weeks, there should be roots sprouting. Change the water every four or five days. Add water daily if needed. After roots develop, dip roots in cinnamon or raw honey and plant directly into clean soil. Potting soil if indoors. Gardening soil if outdoors. Organic soil only for plants you eat.

Seed packet storage in a small photo album. Clever. So many options for organising and ordering. An album for each season would probably work best for me. Perhaps with a separate one for herbs, since I plant them all year round. I also keep the tags of plants I buy; I've added them with a card of where they're planted.
