DIY Scalloped Edge Flowers - so cool! Cut the wire off one side of wired ribbon, then cut scallops down this one side, pull the wire on the opposite side to gather the petals into a flower shape & cut off the wire. Sew ends to secure petals & flower in place. Embellish the center with buttons, beads, jewel stones or broach! (Maybe do a few on the bouquet)
