I make a blueberry monkey bread. | By Rick's Friend Justine | Alright, I just added one bag
of my frozen blueberry to my bump pan. Now, I'm coming in
with my Pillsbury Biscuit Grahams. Open this up and we're going to
grab our biscuits. Grab some scissors and we're going to cut
them once twice just like so and let our pieces fall right
into our bunk pan. This is going to be such an easy and
delicious dessert. If you love blueberries, if you love sweet
pies or anything like that, you will love this dessert. You
could switch up the fruit too. You could do some frozen
strawberries, some frozen raspberries, a triple berry
blend, whatever you you could use that. But we're just

If you love blueberries, if you love sweet pies or anything like that, you will love this dessert. You could switch up the fruit too. You could do some frozen strawberries, some frozen raspberries, a triple berry blend, whatever you you could use that. But we're just going to fill this up super quick so that we can get a nice full bundt pan of these delicious Pillsbury biscuits. Oh my. Yum. Alright so this is my twelfth biscuit. We used one and a half cans of the Pillsbury biscuits and we are popping it right in there. Look how full and beautiful that looks. We're instantly going to come in with some melted butter. This is two sticks of melted butter. And with that melted butter we're going to add some light brown sugar. I am a little messy today but that's okay. Little mess never hurt anyone, right? Yeah, exactly. You're not making a mess in the kitchen. You're not doing it right. So, we added a cup and a half of our brown sugar in there. Last thing we're going to add to this mixture is some vanilla extract and I'm just going to use a little cup and do one two teaspoons of vanilla right into our measuring cup. We're going to give this a good whisk. This mixture is go so beautifully with those biscuits and those blueberries. It's just going to be so sweet. It's going to be almost like a monkey bread but better because we have those blueberries on those. It's the juices are just going to come out so nicely and just fall right onto those biscuits as they cook. Okay, let's really get this blended together. Get some herb strength in here. We want a nice, thick mixture. Okay, this looks right That looks delicious. Exactly. Okay, we're going to bring in our bundt pan and we're going to drizzle our mixture right on top of those biscuits and as it bakes, that mixture is just going to fall between those biscuits and make this the most delicious dessert you've ever had. Okay. I might have overmade my mixture. I only used about three fourths of it but this is ready for the oven. Give it a little shimmy. My oven is set to 350 and this is going to bake for 45 minutes oh my look how golden and beautiful that looks I cannot wait to flip this over we got our round platter here oh my gosh I'm kind of scared but I think it's going to be oh you just didn't even count down you just did it yeah it's how you do it I'm loving authenticity let's get this out of the way we don't need it anymore oh my gosh it's starting to drip that blueberry goodness it's cooking it Cooping. Alright. So, if you let it sit in the pan a little longer than I did, the juice will start to thicken up and you won't get this splurge but you guys know I'm impatient. I can't wait. So, let's go ahead and dig in. Oh, look. The biscuits are perfectly cooked. Oh yeah. The sweet blueberry, the sweet biscuits. This is about to be divine. You really outdid yourself this time. Oh yeah. I've never had anything so delicious. Ugh, this is great, you guys. You have to try it.

This is my new favorite dessert | This is my new favorite dessert I deep fry crescents to make a yummy treat. | By Rick's Friend Justine | Alright, so we are just deep frying some crescent rolls today. I just cut the tubes into little pieces because that just makes it super easy to get a great little size for our dessert that we're making today. Ooh, yes. Alright. So, I'm going to go ahead and bring my plate over and I'm just going to grab some granulated sugar and put it right on my plate. Don't need too much. That should be plenty. Go ahead and flatten that out on our plate so we get a nice layer of sugar beautiful go ahead and flip this one more time and then they're going to be just about ready they cook super quick that's why I love deep frying because it's just the quickest way to cook things oh yeah these are looking beautiful we're going to go ahead and take this out and dump em right into our sugar just get them rolling in there and it's going to get nice and delicious right in the sugar. Alright, so we're going to go ahead and let this cool down. While those are cooling down, I'm going to grab a small bowl and a whisk. I have some whipped cream cheese. Oh, this is going to be so good, you guys. I'm going to put this entire eight-ounce container of whipped cream cheese right into our small bowl. I thought I would need two of these but I think one is going to be the perfect amount for one roll of crescents with that cream cheese. We're going to do some powdered sugar. We're just going to make a super quick no-baked cheesecake deliciousness. So, all you need is cream cheese, powdered sugar, oh maybe a little bit more than that. I like mine sweet and then, last ingredient for our no-baked cheesecake, some pure vanilla extract and that's optional. It's honestly really good just with those two ingredients. Beautiful. Alright. Let's go ahead and give this a nice whisk. I like using the whipped cream cheese because you don't need to let it soften. You can just get it straight from the store and whisk it together. Okay. See it's a little bit of arm power I see. But look how creamy and delicious that is coming together. Our yummy no baked cheesecake. Make sure you get all of that cream cheese blended in there. It's getting all smooth. Oh my goodness you guys. You guys are going to love this dessert. It is sweet. It is delicious. It is perfect for summer barbecue when you want your favorite summer fruit because we are going to add it to this dessert. Beautiful. So, that's nice and well mixed. We can go ahead and put that to the side. Alright, we're going to grab our little crescent donut balls, whatever you want to call them. Oh, bothers me that there's an even number but you know what? Not everything is perfect. So, now with these, we're going to go ahead and grab them and we're just going to smoosh them just like this. Oh, the so crispy. Alright, this is going to be good, you guys. Perfectly cooked. Beautiful. Okay. Now that they're nice and flat, let's add the goodness. Alright, so we're going to bring in that no-baked cheesecake filling and a little scooper. We're going to go ahead and add a scoop onto each one of these delicious fried treats. Mmm, this is going to be so good. Look how it just sits right on top of that. That's why I wanted to smoosh down those little balls because it just makes it the perfect little cup for our dessert. Mmm. I can smell that cream cheese filling and I am excited. Okay, those two in the front are a little bit bigger so I'm going to add some extra cream cheese filling to them so that that one can be mine. Beautiful. Alright, we're almost done here. We have one more ingredient. Last ingredient, blueberry pie filling. Oh, yeah. This is going to be we're going to grab our scooper again that I wash and that's just going to go right on top oh my goodness look at that that is a winner blueberry cheesecake, sugary fried dough. It doesn't get any better than that. Ooh. Okay, almost done here and then we get to try a bite. I cannot wait any longer. I need to try one right now. Last one. Oh, wow. Don't those look so good, babe? Mmm. Okay, you know what? I'm going to go for this one right here. I know this is going to fall apart and be so good. Okay. Oh my. That is incredible you guys.
