Ingredienti: • 300g di farina 00 • 200g di zucchine • 150ml di acqua • 40ml di olio extravergine d’oliva + olio q.b. • 200g di prosciutto cotto o tacchino • 150g di scamorza (o altro formaggio) • Un cucchiaino di sale ⚠️ PER LA VERSIONE Procedimento: • Grattuggiare le zucchine e strizzale per bene. • In una ciotola aggiungere le zucchine, la farina, l’acqua, l’olio, il sale, il pepe se gradito, e amalgamare il tutto fino ad ottenere un panetto. • Ungere per bene una padella e con le mani leggermente unte aggiungere metà del composto e distribuirlo con le mani, farcire con prosciutto e formaggio e ricoprire con l’altra metà di impasto. • Cuocere girando da entrambi i lati.

VIRAL TORTILLA QUICHE Made by @jshealth . Ingredients: - 1 low carn wrap or tortilla - 4 eggs - 2 heaped tbsp cottage cheese - 5 cherry tomatoes, halved - 4 button mushrooms, sliced - Sprinkle of sliced olives - Chopped rosemary, or herbs of choice - Sea salt & pepper - Parmesan cheese Method: Preheat the oven to 200C or 395F. Place a wholemeal wrap in shallow cake tin or baking dish. Add in the eggs and cottage cheese, season with sea salt, black pepper and chopped rosemary. Whisk until combined. Add in the sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of olives. Finish with parmesan cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Slice and serve! .

Ingredients for 1 frittata: 1 low carb tortilla 3 eggs 150g greek yogurt 50g mozzarella (I use protein) q.b. vegetables to taste q.b. salt/pepper Method: Assemble your frittata directly in the air fryer; place the frittata in the basket, pour in the eggs, yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix well. Once you have a smooth mixture, add the vegetables (I use cherry tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms). Sprinkle with mozzarella and all you have to do is cook! In the air fryer, at 165 degrees for 20/25 minutes or in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes; until the cheese is completely melted.#healthybreakfastrecipe #lowcarbrecipes
