HIGH PROTEIN EGG MUFFINS 10 eggs 5 oz container cottage cheese 8 slices turkey breast 1/2 cup shredded cheese 3/4 cup diced peppers 3/4 cup chopped spinach seasoning of choice Preheat oven to 350F In a blender add eggs, cottage cheese, and seasonings of choice. Grease 12 muffin tins (silicon works best) add turkey, spinach, peppers, shredded cheese Add egg mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes Keep in the fridge for up to 4-5 days
