Easy Healthy Mango Kulfi Bites
1hr · 1 serving These mango kulfi bites are a perfect summer recipe. Fresh mango, yoghurt, pistachio, cardamom and saffron all coated in a crisp dark chocolate. They are a healthy and tasty desserts. Mango Kulfi Bites The yoghurt bites/ clusters are a great trend especially this summer. They are easy to make, mix your fruit with some yoghurt then freeze. Next coat the yoghurt domes with chocolate and freeze again. To combine the simply clusters and give them an Indian twist, I added some chopped pistachios, cardamom powder and crushed saffron to mine. They are flavour bombs for sure and a great way to cool down this summer. Ingredients: • 1.5 cups yoghurt (plain or vanilla) • 1 cup ripe chopped kesar or alphonso mangoes • 1.5 tsp chopped pistachios plus more for garnishing • 1/2
