Slimming world white sauce. Cook a whole cauliflower (or a bag of frozen cauliflower) in just enough water so that the majority is covered (a few heads can poke out of the water) When cooked add a 180g carton of Philadelphia light cheese. Blend until perfectly smooth. The whole sauce is 14 syns, I've portioned them up into 4 pots to freeze them so each pot is 3.5 syns. Use as a white sauce for lasagne, cauliflower cheese, or pasta.
